CAxWorks.PreSys 2025R1 Release Highlights:

    1. Added shortcut menu functionality;
    2. Added piping application analysis module;
    3. Enhanced object selection functionality
    4. Enhanced support for Radioss solver and Pam-Crash solver;
    5. Enhanced connection features for various solvers (welding, adhesive bonding, seam welding, bolts);

Core Functionality Enhancements:

Preptocessing:

  1. Improved model operation display performance when pressing the Shift or Alt key;
  2. Addressed the issue of sluggish operations when entering certain functions or handling large models;
  3. Improved performance when displaying shell element thickness;
  4. Improved performance when displaying element identifiers;
  5. Fixed issues with slow display of element identifiers in models;

Data Interface:

Geometry:

  1. Enhanced surface hole filling functionality, supporting single-hole, multi-hole, and across-surface hole filling;
  2. Improved hole-filling effect with support for across-surface hole filling and enhanced G1 continuity for filled surface holes;
  3. Improved display quality of 3DXML models, improving the display speed of large models;
  4. Improved display effect of single-side highlighting for geometries with small thickness;
  5. Improved display speed of sketch grid;
  6. Improved geometry import function, keeping original features of the geometry without opening stitching or repair options; after repair, the geometry belongs to the original part.

Meshing:

  1. Optimized automatic mesh repair functionality;
  2. Improved display effect when showing mesh and surface simultaneously, rendering only the mesh;
  3. Improved display effect when showing 2D and 3D meshes simultaneously.
